What new and innovative approaches will Minister Leahy take to ensure the highest and best use of the midwest’s water resources

The Hughenden Irrigation Project Corporation (HIPCo) comprises of two local and three independent directors that forms a skills-based Board, each bound by ordinary fiduciary obligations under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and other relevant legislation. The local directors have a good understanding of local and regional issues, whilst the independent directors bring specialised expertise in governance, economics, finance, and establishment of irrigation businesses.
